A Tempest starter deck and two Tempest booster packs 
were opened and given to guest physician John Yoo 
and resident deck doctor Henry
Stern.The card pool consisted of the list shown
in the Tempest Sealed_Open Packs DB. From these
cards, the doctors constructed their decks.

If you want to match wits with the
doctors, build your own (40-card minimum) deck before
looking at the doctors' decks. Remember, in a sealed-deck
tournament, you may receive up to five basic lands to add to
your pool of cards.

I put all the cards in the Opened Packs DB in the Sideboard column, 
making for less cards to transfer to the QTY play deck side when constructing your 40 card sealed deck.
